Payment Policy

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment is due as per the agreed schedule. We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, and digital payment methods. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your event or services, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Any deposits paid may be partially or fully non-refundable as outlined in our service agreement.

Liability

We take all reasonable care to ensure the quality and safety of our services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate event insurance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients must also adhere to the agreed-upon timelines and payment schedules.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Planner in Jaipur from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's actions, omissions, or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
